where to get replacement HID Bulbs

I have a 03 Evo 8 and i wanted to know if there is a website that sells replacement HID Bulbs. I like to upgrade the bulbs to 6000K or maybe 8000K.

will that be a problem?

most of these bulbs should be compatable with other HID bulbs right?
