I know I'm gonna sound retarded but can anyone explain what a 2 step is?

What is the famouns Warrtalon launch technique? Just wondering because I can't seem to find a firm answer.

^ But street racing syndicate doesn't work for me. I've looked at your race between the C5 over and over again in hopes of catching a glimpse of the wonderful Warr technique but haven't been able to see you launch with the 2 step.

The only thing I could make out was rolling a little before giving the gas.

I use the same technique for both except that with the 2-step, I hold the gas down full throttle, whereas the non-2-step version, I would just bring up the revs as the lights were falling. You can read the text explanation of how I launch in the Z06 thread.
