..Can you explain how you installed them?

I'm sure it seems rediculous as this shouldn't be hard.. but I'm not understanding what each piece of hardware is for.

I've removed the black "push pins" from inside the wheel well.. and it's rather clear how to position each mud flap.

There are 3 holes in each front mudflap.. and 2 in each rear one.

There are 6 small screws (assuming for the front), 4 long screws (for rear).. but there are also 6 "clips" that I can't understand where they attach. There is a whole protruding out from each clip that I would assume would slide in somewhere.. but its bigger than all of the possible areas I could think of that it would fit into.

What am I missing here?

BTW - There are also 2 short pipe-type pieces ..

Could someone shed some light on this? I'm sure I'm overlooking something.
