i had an hks but didnt like ti because it was 2.5" so i went with extreme technologies downpipe and test pipe and got great results... but i here for downpipe dc sports is the best...

The "flex" on the stock downpipe is from the spring bolts. We have used our downpipe forever without a flex section and its been problem free and have had no issues with that. We can install a flex in the downpipe for an additional $90. Its up to the customer if they want one.

I wouldn't recommend getting a DP from Buschur with the flex section. The one they sold me hit my differential housing. I kinda expected a "send it back to us and we'll fix it" response to the problem, but it still hasn't been fixed. I had to trim a heat sink fin on my diff housing to get it to fit at all. It's still too close and is likely causing me false knock. See the following thread for pictures:
