$ 3,000 going into the Evo wish it would be a gt35r but ...

Well my 2005 Evo 8 has 26,000 miles . The car feels like a shi t box when i drive it.
Wobbles , body roll, vibration noise coming out of the tranny . So i have no choice but to spend my 3,000 that i was gonna get a gt35r setup. I figure the costs are gonna be the following

Clutch + install 1,200- 1,700
MR Billsteins shocks 550-650 for a good used set with very low miles
New brake rotors front and rear 250-300 set . OEM rotors have been resurfaced 2 times
And i will be needing new tires soon also.

So my advice to people is take it easy on your evo , i drove the **** out of mine and now look where im at

what r u talking about ? i adjust the play in the clutch pedal, i change my tranny , x -case , rear diff fluids all the time . How does regular maintenance prevent " wear items " such as a clutch , pads , rotors , shocks.. You have no idea what your talking about .

I think i would know becasue my clutch lasted 50k with over 200 luanches. Plus i had why more power then you. Diff fluids only last about 4000 miles once your brake pads show 50% of being used you should have another set lined up. Dont get me started on this. If you have to spend $3000 who cares keep it to yourself you post it up you will get picked on.

When you spend over 20 grand on your evo shoot me a pm. Untill then dont say noone knows what there talking about.
