i believe its out of a 1st gen eclipse/talon but has a hyundai valve cover

That is very old actually, I seen it on honda-tech about 3 yrs ago or something, but does look great. Not worth it in my opinion though.

Late 80's/early 90's Hyundai's ran 4G63's in the Sonata I believe it was...

for the first time in history an Evo bodykit would be acceptable on a Civic, not good looking, but justifiable.

Slap some Ralliart stickers on it to complete the look, perfect.
It actually looks really clean though.....
