All of a sudden i have a loud click every 25-30 seconds and my cluster dimms for a second and starts all over again

I know car usually have the radiator fans kick on and off periotically so what can it be that makes it do it all the time

 

Are you using the defrost?

If so it may be that too.

I think it engages the AC compressor.

 

No defroster, ac, not even lights are on, Nothing
only after the car warms up and at ldle

 

sounds like you got a little short. like a wire has a small strip so you get a small electrical arc from wire to some ground element. one of my stock wires had a small hole in it and was arcing to the block. made a tick sound and dimed everything. just my experience. good look fixing it.
