Snow and a Bra, I did try searching..

Would it be wise to put a full bra on the front of the car before the winter hits? Or would it trap salt and sand and be worse for the car? Just wondering if its a good idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,
Hans

Yes, it's a good idea, but be sure it's a clear bra. There will be nothing under it, and it won't be visible.

Try some of the new "Spray on Bra" stuff I think dupont makes it. I have seen two colors black and clear. The can said you can spray it on leave it as long as you want then wash it off with soap and water. Autozone had it for like $9 for a big can. Then you don't need to worry about the sand getting under and hurting the car.

Yes. The reg. bras can and will trap snow, dirt, dust... under it and that will rub and stratch the paint. Clear (aka like the 3M) is a film overlay.
