I would've sold/traded in your evo long time ago if I were you.

Evo's are great...but..not when you're having those problems not to mention multiple problems.

I would check into getting that thing bought back, lemon lawed, whatever. 7 failures? Either you really abuse the car and just dont think you are, or that thing is a total POS. Either way, get rid of it.

Lemon laws all vary by state btw.

I assume your driving had nothing to do with the failure of the parts? If not, ditch that car since you will most likely have future problems. I like the turboed SUV Acura just put out...

Even with Honda/Acura's oustanding reputation for quality and reliability I would steer clear of that SUV, at least for a while, until more is known about potential 1st year bugs. Remember that this is their first venture, EVER, into forced induction. It's a brand new motor with brand new technology. The same goes for the CX-7 IMHO. Even though a variant of the 2.3L turbo motor is in the MS6 and MS3 the car itself is brand new. First year bugs, even if they're minor and 100% fixed under warranty, can be a complete and total PITA.

I'm not an SUV fan personally, but these cars are great. They drive more like a car than any SUV out there. I work at an Infiniti dealer, and I have a lot of experience with these cars and many others. For the money I'd take this over the Porsche Cayenne/S (not the Turbo but thats $$$). I'd also consider the SRT8, but not the chevy (still too cheap on the fit and finish for my tastes). my $ .02

Edit: I just realized that I criticized the Chevy for being too cheap on the fit and finish. I drive an EVO RS which has the cheapest interior of almost anything out there (excluding seats, steering wheel). oops!

I traded my 06 Trailblazer SS in for my Evo. The truck was nice but the best MPG I could get was 12.5. The Trailblazer SS also seems to want to wonder alot on the road. Maybe because of the size of the tires. A friend of mine has one also and has the same problem. My daughter started to get car sick only in this ride. If you do get one I have a K and N filter charger for it.

curiousity do you take your car to track events such at drag, and or autocrossing? i mean my car is running pretty good its only a year old and a half old, but i hope i dont get any problems with it. i plan on keeping this for a hot minute. as for your car i heard the first model years 03 and 04 had numerous problems with them.

you've had horrible luck with your car. If you switch over the powerful suv's my vote is for the jeep srt8 it spanks all others.
