i dont know where the flat bed was when i got my low jack they gave me the mitsu diamond.. with the roadside assistance and i called them and that who came, my heart heart so badly cuz i was sittting in the tow truck and i look back and the car is jumping and i was like noooo stoppp i dont think its in nuetral his like ya i dont either and he got out and put it in

 

Did your airbags deploy? Call your insurance and tell them the car should be totalled. I was in a similiar situation but mine did not get totalled. I hate Nationwide. Anyways I have a little experience so if you have any questions just ask.

 

so so so sorry to hear that. for some reason people honestly just dont pay attention when they drive or have no real depth or speed perception.

 

BTW your tranny is done as the car need to be towed on a flat bed. You can't have two wheels stationary and two spinning with awd

no my air bags didnt deploy but my frame looks like its bent, it doesnt look so bad in the pictures but in real life the front is shifted to the side and my turbo doesnt look ok. my passenger door doesnt open they had to use the jaw of life to open my hood... it was just a veryyyy bad day.

 

WOW... so on top of the damaged caused by the accident your tc is probably gone too, because of not towing on a flatbed. Goodluck

yeah that sucks but that probably wont be totalled, i got in an accident where my door was more smashed than that ladies and my car wasnt totalled, and it wasnt even worth that much at the time. hope everything gets sorted out. on another note u could probably fight her insurance for a new car if its found to be her fault. just fight them and make them buy back your car and buy you a new car. its been done

 

well if a cars frame is bent than its totaled no matter what and some how its going to be bent and i have acouple witnesses i have their numbers so if they try to make it my fault i have witnesses and their was a lawyer who saw the accident so im not worried about that. i know a lot of body shops. i just dont want to pay that much for a car thats crashed and the tow truck guy said i think its totaled acouple of body shop people said its most likely totaled.

OHH and the fknnn cop came to write a report and gave me a fkn ticket for not having my lisence plates onnnn im like come on man i just got into an accident and he still gave it what a fkn ***. Than he says is this car stock and im like and his like whats on top of your steering wheel im like a turbo timer his like who installed your turbo you know thats illegal im like um the car came like that and he goes to the back and looks at my exhaust i knew what he was going to say before he even got a chance i said thats stock and he sits their argueing with me that its not stock, their is seriously a mitsu dealer down the street i got pissed n im like ok lets gooo right now and ill show you that this fkn exhaust is stock his like ok lets go NOT!! we cant leave im like damn you fkn *****h.. his like all i know is that right their is not stock and he compares it to a fkn honda accord exhaust his like thats stock yours isnt i was thinking wow what a fkn moran.
