Isn't rev matching part of the downshift process, not an independent action? Also, how can you rev match more than normal?

Nice....

You could have at least pulled over to see if you could have helped him with his problem. You might have had a quick fix.......or at least you could have offered to give his girlfriend a ride home!

Being a car enthusiast I would have stopped to see if I could help, especially if his girl was with him. Why rev at a car that is broken? Help him fix it then rev and see what happens.
