Any way to import an Evo VI into the U.S.?

Heres the short version. Yes you can do it. Yes it is all about money and patience. No it will never be considered 100% legal. (its all about exploiting loopholes, such as bring the car in without an engine and insuring it as a moving sculpture) I suggest getting a completely legal VIII or IX, in the end much less of a head ache.

i heard it's easier to import the cars....not from japan but from canada... i forgot the site... but i remember my friend was trying to buy a RX-7 from them... they sell skylines... rex's... evo's... quests... wrx's... and a few other cars... all right hand drive...
i believe someone just posted info about it recently in show and shine, i bought i could have swore an evo 6. he said it was a lengthy process very expensive and yes he got it through canada some how. i would try searching the show and shine threads you will find his thread and you should PM him for more info.
I want a IV terribly, but the reality is its not going to happen because money, red-tape, patience, and let alone finding a nice one will make it just too hard.
