My Evo IX is a piece of sh_t
Thanks .. I wasn't trying to bragg or take the credit. I truly feelt the same at first. I swear the Evo 9 was slugish, I recal looking at my gauges, I have a defi BF with a controller that actually records the boost up to 3 minutes. My Evo 9 use to do the same thing , the boost use to vanish rapidly and drop to 15.5psi.
My histories and statements are well documented on post I opened. A MBC would cure the slugishness of the stock solenoid making the Evo engine pull like never before, the difference is from night to day.
You have to trust me on this one. Feel free to call me or send me a PM. Ultimately, I agree with you, the Evo 9 has a dead spot pass 5500-6000rpm in a stock trim, boost is to be blame for it.

Poeple have given ways to fix it.... I just dont understand how you went about the thread title and your rant on how much your IX sucks... Doesnt make sense to me..

Just take it to the dealer. That's the reason I don't have an SRT-4 anymore. It wouldn't boost past 8psi in any gear. So, after a brand new turbo system, and about a year of being in and out of the shop, they declared it a lemon. Bring it in.
dude no offense you are a tool..... that is such an easy fix. any evo stock will smoke a stage 2 wrx. But since you are so ignorant and wont just get it fixed instead of sitting here in front of your computer scratching your nuts and *****ing just go get another subaru.....the evo prolly doesnt like you haha
