I have an 05 evo with mbc, drop in, mail in flash, I have 1200$ to spend, is my best bet to get tbe and custm flash to reach 300 hp? Or is there a better route to take to tech that

 

good idea - pay off more of your car loan
better idea - pay off high interest debt
best idea - use the money to go to a track day and a set of good tires

$1200 isn't going to pay off the car, and I find that to be strange advice from a teenager.

These are just basic stg1 mods - far less than most Evo owners tend to do on here. He can worry about paying it off and getting some track time when he's done.

No, turboback and intake don't make 300whp. The last thing he needs is an intake - he already has a drop-in. The aforementioned mods are what he needs: tbe, fuel pump, jdm mr dv, and a retune (custom or base).

Oh and my mbc is still at 19 psi, just on there to help hold boost, but ill be tuned for 22 psi after the tbe, so with that maybe 300? Lol
