Got pinned by a truck

Yeah so the weirdest thing happened to me today. I was at Kragen getting some Mobile 1 for my Evo and parked my car behind a 14ft moving truck. As I walked back to my car, I walked between my car and the truck. Suddenly the truck backed up (it didn't have the backup beeping sound) and pinned me against the hood of my car and pushed us back 2ft. God damn stupid truck drivers that don't look back before backing up. I'm lucky though no scratches, bruises or anything. Thank God I don't put my car in gear when I park. People give me crap for it all the time but it saved me a trip to the hospital this time.

That truck driver would be heading to court with me in about a few weeks.

Man, talk about luck. You may want to go purchase a lottery ticket. I don't know a single person that drives a manual transmission that doesn't at least apply the e-brake. That could have been pretty serious, for YOUR safety of course...the evo could have been repaired at least.

+1

I would have intentionally bruised up my legs or something and took it to court. But that's just me.
