strongest bond?
mechanical....nuts and bolts. J/K It depends on the material and what you want it to do. Hysol products are very strong bonds for most metals and composites. EA934, EA958. Probably expensive for your average Joe. Double-bubble or a simple two part epoxy in a tubes such as DP100 or DP110 are quick set epoxies but can be brittle due to how fast it cures.
You need to tell us what you are doing before that question can be answered. For all I know you just want to glue some glitter to your wing with elmers.

What materials do you want to bond together?
Also surface preparation is very important too....degreasing, increasing "anchoring/surface area" by sanding, grit blasting......to gain mehanical foot hold and reaction

especially with TPO plastics.. those mold release agents they use are nasty for trying to get adhesion.
