most turbobacks come with a test pipe or a highflow cat. You could use the stock cat but it is not great for power. Get a highflow cat if you want more power and keep the noise down. If you want all the power you can get from an exhaust then get a test pipe but it will be louder. But yea i recommend you get a HFC.

Generally a TBE includes a HFC or TP. I run a Ultimate Racing Cat. and would HIGHLY recommend it as it will keep your car legal in CT., help the environment, and eliminate the emission stink of a catless setup...Yes you will loose ~5HP, but 99.9% of drivers would never know the difference....Yes it will make your car a bit more quiet...

Get a random tech metallic cat and have ot welded into a off road pipe. You loose maybe 3-5 hp.

Have you thought about the RRE rally cat? It looks just like a HFC, but it's actually a resonated test pipe.

it would be a waste of money to install a high flow cat with a bone stock exhaust as you wont realize any power gains for the money you spent for it. You can do it with no problems but like i said you wont feel a thing as far as power goes.
