Bends in the intercooler mesh

Bends in the intercooler mesh
Does anybody have bends in the black intercooler mesh?
Today i noticed that the top corners of the mesh in front of the intercooler are bent back.
There is bolt behind each each one.
I was just wondering if these are normal
I kind of scared me when i saw it

I thought this thread was going to be about bugs and road debris bending the FMIC fins.... That is the one thing keeping me from buying a Evo. Once I figure out a reasonable solution (besides sitting for a hour with a toothbrush scrubbing) I will probally be getting a Evo....
