I just ordered a RaceTech 4000WX seat and need some help with mounting.

It has a 46mm front mount width and 47mm rear mount width. Because it is a wide seat for big guys like me, I don't know if it will mount to any "normal" bases. I got the RaceTech aluminum side mount plates, but I need to know what I should order for a base and a slider mechanism.

I was thinking about either the custom bases that a guy on here is selling or this base:

Then I assume I can just use any 2-piece slider mechanism to get whatever width I need??

One more Q - has anyone ever seen aluminum or titanium sliders or bases??

Anyone with experience in this area please chime in. Any input will be appreciated. . .
