At what point does the IX diverter valve needs to be changed for a better one does anyone know I am just curious I have done a few 340-370hp evos which seem to be holding up but on a GT35r kit at 18 psi it would start to open we changed it and it made more power.
So has anyone changed theirs @ 330-350hp and seen a gain in hp or more stable boost curve

It's not relevant to WHP - it's relevant to pressure. It is proven to be efficient up to 24-25psi, but I don't know why it would open at 18psi on a GT35R. I know 18psi on a GT35R is pushing way more air volume than a stock turbo at 25psi, but the BOV doesn't care - it's only based off the psi, not airflow.
Well we changed it on the dyno and picked up over 20whp on the big end. I don't know if it is the constant force of the larger turbo and the external wastegate the spring eventually just can't manage it or what but I am not guessing I saw it but just wondering about with the stock turbo.
