Do the exhaust tips come through the bumper cover? If so that is a huge -1 for the X. Thats going to make is difficult to put an aftermarket muffler on. The new muffler would have to match the stock dimensions perfectly, and as we all know its hard to find a cat back that even has the hangers in the right place. I think I will stick with my VIII with the stock wing.

I too think its a great looking car. My statement was simply because it obvioulsy will not fit the IX or VIII.

I'm not sure I follow the thrust of the initial question. Why would anyone put a X wing on a current Evo, when it was obviously developed to work with the aerodynamics of a different vehicle? Or, is this some kind of a ricer call to arms?

i also don't think it would look right. can't we throw this into the photoshop forum and see if they could throw one on an 8 or 9, just for the visual??

Exactly. Just like I've said before on this site. You guys can hate the Evo X all you damn well please. When they are on showroom floors, I will easily be the first in line to buy one.

If you feel that your aerodynamics are so perfect that adding a slighty different wing (which may even prove to be MORE aerodynamic than your current wing) would cause a great imbalance in your stability and performance?

If that was the case, then you should start yelling at people that don't have OEM antenna... or use aftermarket Vortex Generator.... or have SSL package (because you know, the lip on the sun roof causes 0.00001 lift in the front)

Please... they are similar in size, shape, and position... the main difference is style

As I suspected, your pole is nothing more than a ricer identification module.

nope. I like the evo X looks like but it won't look good on a IX.

the rear tail light looks like the new lexus is300..just my opinion.
