+1 on the gauges being hard to read. That's one of my only real complaints with the interior. It's very difficult to check your speed with a quick glance.

 

i love the interior of the evo. It's nice and simple and doesnt have any extra BS to break a few years down the road.

 

I hope you honestly like loud music and/or a loud exhaust. Creaks and interior noises are quite common, even on brand new IXs with less than 10,000 miles. You buy the car for the engine and performance... Not so much the interior.

I have the same problem, thats probably why I got that speeding ticket right so quickly after owning the evo.

 

I for one love the electroluminescent gauges on the STi.

And I hate the boy racer blue trim on the STi. The blue cloth was loose on 2 brand new cars.

 

My Mr has a nice interior...I dont know why people say Evos have a ugly interior.

Evo > Suby in every aspect..Especially performance.

I have an Evo IX SSL and I think my interior is nicer than the subbies. Only thing they got on mine is the center console in the subbie is nicer.

 

the interior has space , but nothing luxurious about it
