Idiot cut me off in the snow....so i t-boned him
I was driving around the mall after picking my friend up....and some kid blows a stop sign and goes infront of me sees me and hits the brakes.....it was snowing and i have the stock advans so i couldnt do anything about it but hit the kid.....he gets out and i ask him what the hell he was doing he said im sorry that was all my fault...so i question if he just got his license cause he looks young and says no then tells me hes had his license for a 1/2 a year soo i laughed at him and said ya you just got it......i look at my car things perfectly fine but there a small dent in the hood and the paint is chipped alittle bit.....however his car was pretty bad, the door was all messed up.....so i called the cop, they came and we did all that .....now i have to go threw all this crap...this blows...thing that sucks is i was plan on trading my car in and geting something luxury and everything but i guess im keeping it now....there just gunna try and rip me off cause it been in an accident.
Summary kids are idiot and dont watch what there doing......and the evos hold up well in accidents.
No matter what tires i would of hit him but the advans didnt help

NEVER roll with the stock advans in snow. I don't know how many times that has to be said around here. You might have been able to avoid this with some good winter tires on the car.
Other than that, yeh it sucks. Just be glad he had insurance.

ya he was like im sorry but at least theres not much damage to your car i was like ya but you have a 1990 saturn...i have a 30k+ dollar car....i was like if i had that i wouldnt even car...but i dont so this sucks
Sorry about your accident, but in my personal opinion, you are partially at fault here. You should not be driving on the stock advans in the winter (snow on the road or not). It has been confirmed countless times that the stock tires turn into hockey pucks during winter temps. The manual and door sticker even warns you about it. It was jut a matter of time....

So what? You knew there was snow on the roads and nobody forced you to drive in those conditions. Hopefully, you learned a lesson and will no longer put other motorists in danger.

Don't listen to these dummy's in here about driving on advans. The courts not going to care about your tires they are going to see it your way. He blew a stop sign which is illegal and driving on certain tires isn't. Hit'em where it hurts the most...the wallet.
Right. The Advans are great in the snow and allow the driver to have control of his car. 
It's not about the courts; it's about responsibility and consideration. Presumably, one cares about the actual act of driving.
