Car wont start, -1 deg F today

Well this morning my EVO wouldent start, -1 Deg F without windchill here in Michigan. The car would crank, battery was strong, it just wouldent fire and would make some light stumbling noises after after I let off the key..... I have a stock 2.0 with a GT3076R with all supporting mods 93 oct. Tuned my AL very safe at 10.8 afr. Dose it sound like a frozen fuel line????? I had this happen one time last year when the temps were this low.

That could be.

Maybe a block heater wouldn't be a bad idea. I know it wont help a whole lot with the frozen line, but...

let the weather warm up alittle before attempting to start it, its just too cold to fire it up now.

Sadly, some people don't have that option. I myself will be in those shoes here in the next few months (though by then, it'll be warm enough)
