yeah fedex is great...dhl is also cheap but i trust fedex if there is ever a insurance issue . i have had ups loose items (big ones aka a kinesis rim/tire that was attached to another) and when the one finally found its way to where the other two (also packaged together) they were like thats how it was shipped haha. for hoods/bumpers use www.shipgreyhound.com they are CHEAP.

Wow.... I've had a complete different experience with FedEx. First off all they dropped a package off at someone else's house (this has happened twice). I ordered a D SLR recently and the delivery truck left at 7:30 am that morning and it never arrived even though FedEx tracking showed it was going to arrive that day.

Second of all, I talked to a person the night it didn't arrive and they told me I could go pick it up on Sunday. Wrong! I couldn't go pick up the package due to school so my parents decided to go pick it up for me but when they called and talked to someone else they said you can't pickup on Sundays, plus there not open for business Mondays.

Ended up waiting 3-4 days for the package to arrive.

I've never ever had a problem with UPS they always deliver on time and USPS is second in my opinion. DHL used to be based out here in Seattle (or so I've heard) but since they moved there service has dropped.

FedEx used to be good but lately I don't expect much from them.

Now price wise I can't say because I don't ship much stuff but when it comes to receiving packages FedEx sucks.

It must be different from state to state.

All hale the kuro-neko yamato (japan has the best delivery service) of course you can't complain about time when you live on an island the size of California.

UPS is a joke they charged me $400 to send a computer to my folks in puertorico when i probably could have used fedex or even USPS and maybe have spent about 150ish or so. i'm never using ups again.

$400, see that is the kinda crap i am talking about. I am totally not into low balling people but when coporations charge more for the same exact service another company is giving it is just them saying that they don't respect the consumer. I had planned on shipping some stuff to Buschur too to get ported and coated, HA not through UPs i tell ya that much.

vmrevo9: San Tulse, but i was raised in New York. It is good to see another flight line guy on this site. Pointy head huh..... i always did like A-shoppers. Hey aren't you out there where that crew chif won that Evo? Lucky SOB.
