Clutch replacement

Hi guys. Been awhile since I've posted on here. I got my stock clutch replaced after 63,000 miles. My evo is stock too, it was just time to go. In fact, the dealership was surprised I got that many miles on it b4 the clutch went (and I know how to have fun Anyway, I got the clutch replaced by another auto shop cuz he would install it way cheaper. However, now that the clutch is replaced (another stock one), it feels WAY SOFTER than the original. The clutch feels like jello compared to my first one. Is this normal? Why wouldn't it feel the same way the first one did?????

Bleeding is the process of getting all the air out of a particular system.
