I would say Perrin...not cutting of undertray...and keeps the crash beam...but I could be wrong....it fits the VIII perfectly

 

Perrin requires no cutting and retains factory crash beam... no fitment issues apparently-- I have read that from both the companys site and from people who have installed it... I think the turbXS fits without cutting and retains crash beam too, but if you go to the manufacturer's websites it should say.
