Pic request: How you drilled holes for seibon VG

Hey I just need some pics of how to drill out the holes for my seibon carbon fiber VG. Im not sure if I should just drill a small hole or a big one to fit the whole antenna in there. Any help is appreciated!

do you know if it's possible that the antenna thread will reach if I just do a small hole? I figure if I can just do a small hole the antenna will help hold the VG is place.
