New BBY EVO8
Hi,
I am the happy
owner of a blue (BBY) EVO8. I've been lurking on many forums and finally decide on the EVO8 over STI, 350Z, and even RX8 (when ever it arrives). My decision was based on:1) Review stating EVO had the best handling, 2) EVO's ability to accomodate 5 (I have 3 kids) and 3) Stohlman Mit had 2 in inventory (no wait). I picked up the BBY EVO on 5/30 and have no regrets 
. Everytime I take the car out, I come back with an ear-ear grin. My wife thinks I am nuts! The kids also love going out for rides. They think it's like riding in a roller coaster. The only way I can explain it is the acceleration feels like a 747 taking off! 
I did also purchase the shift knob, brake handle, pedals (all in blue) and the front bra from Mit. I've also installed a hyperground cable set. I will probably look into other performance mods in the future but for now I am just enjoying the existing performance of the EVO . I would definitely like to install guages and probably a drop in filter. By the way how's the Mit guage set? They wanted ~$400 for 3 guage set and $75 for install kit. I like the Defi guages on the mod here but there wasn't any cost info (I know I could find out myself but just lazy
