Some people are nuts. I can't even begin to think how that must feel. I would have lost it. Good luck with getting her back in shape and I hope that trash burn in hell.

What was the passenger's response when the police questioned him as to why he didn't try and stop her when she was doing all this? This is obviously not her first time doing this so were there previous arrest? I hope that CPS takes her child away from her and sentences her to some jail time.

Wow, that sucks. Hopefully you'll get paid from her insurance (don't know why you wouldn't unless the ***** doesn't have any), they take her ****ing kid away, lock her up, and punch that guy in the ***** for letting her drive

Awful. I can feel your pain though. When I used to live in Florida, I was sound asleep only to awaken to huge bang. First thing I did was grab my gun and head out to the living room. Found that my living room wall was destroyed, along with my Jeep and my 96 Cobra. Some guy was drunk, and decided to drive up my street way too fast when he lost control. His car barely missed a huge tree on my lot, then plowed through my yard, and ended up stopping when it crashed into my two parked cars. The cars then got pushed into the living room wall.

By the time I had realized what happened, the ******* was already trying to leave. I drew on him and told him to freeze. My neighbors came running out, and I told them to call the cops. What makes things worse, is since I didn't see him in the car, and he was already out of the vehicle, the police could not charge him with DUI once they got there.

I really should have shot him on the spot...

There are 3 things of ANY man's that you don't mess with, under penalty of death or at a minimum a severe beating:

His girl
His money
His car

She's messing with 2 of them...

Lee I agree with you on that. If I were him and I saw the ***** I'd kick her in the crotch so she is feeling a fraction of what I was feeling.

I know a few 17-18 year olds with brand new 2006 M3's, and one even has a GT3. Of course, all were provided for by wealthy parents.

On the other hand, I'm glad my parents didn't spoil me even though they could have. It's made me learn to appreciate the things I own to a much higher degree.

Sorry to hear that. I hate drunks too! At least you cought her. I think that you are looking at about 4,800-5,500 in damage to your car. That really sucks!!

A drunk driver hit my old 510 datsun from behind and pushed it into oncoming trafic. My wife and 24 month old child were ok. The insurance paid out 10,600 on my car, but thats not really the point. I had a ton of time and money into that 510. Its hard to come by a rust free shell and restore it to perfection then have somebody wast it. In my case this lady tried to drive off, but she left her licence plate in the back of my car.
