Rays Engineering-Gram Lights exhaust, Esperlir springs

I just got the new gram lights cat back. It's a good compromise size 70mm or about 2.75" (see 3" vs 2.5" debate), stock is about 2.35 - I'm not planning for major HP in the future.
It's a great looking canister full stainless by gram lights (Rays -Volks). The tip sticks out a little farther than the JIC, and the plastic bumper wasn't even hot after a long turbo cool down. Probably like the rest, it's quiet, just lower tone and a little louder under WOT. I'll post pics soon.

I'm also trying some of Espelir Super Down springs, noticably stiffer than stock. The stock shocks seem to have enough damping for now, at least for hard road driving, I'll track test them later this month.

I got the exhaust from Mackin Industries ( US Volk) 562-946-6820-Steve Lim). I don't know the cost as they were using my car to check the fit from Japan vs US Evo 8 - fits perfect. I got the dyno sheets today-no significant HP or torque gains over 3200 rpms- probably same as other systems, due to ECU, but a good 15 ft lbs torque and 10hp gains under 3200rpms where us auto-xers need it.

As far as the Espelir (also from Mackin)springs, it corners flatter and the rates seem to be high enough not to cause the bobbing up and down from hitting the bumpstops while hard cornering. May be a different story on the track w/slicks?

Pics later

From the pic I saw on another thread of a black evo w/eibachs, the espelirs are slightly lower - I'm sure more than an inch all around. Espelirs are know in Japan for their race springs for Lemans cars etc. I ones I have are in the middle of the 3 types of springs they sell, typical of a lot of spring manufacturers.

Do you have a link to a web site sells that exhaust? I would be very interested in more torque on the bottom end for sure!

It's lower tone but not much louder than stock. You notice it's louder at full gas more. You could drive it all day, unlike other systems I've heard on non turbo cars.
