that turbo looks exactly like the one in my truck. full boost is about 65psi at 1500 rpm on a 12 liter motor.
In proportion, it would hit full boost (65 psi) at 9,000 rpms on a 2.0 Liter...but there are tooooo many factors involved to even try and compare.

they should just move it and throw on an extra set of bearings and use it as the driver's side front wheel...

That motor on that Evo gave me the same thoughts as when I saw this pic of a twin turbo supercharged motor!

if its a 2.0 liter, the turbo is useless since it'll lag up the *** and it wont even be able to use most of the turbos power.

you'll need like a 2.4 liter + nitrous to help reduce lag, and a rpm range in excess of 8k.
haha

from the pic it looks like a rb2x 4cyl by the depth of the engine, but those only came single turbo. Nissan's twin came out of the skyline and is slightly longer. I am going to say it is either a rb26tt or rb28tt since it has the camshaft module on the front. I could be wrong though.

i have seen some super truckers tweak thir motors to like 90something pounds of boost putting out 4000lbs of tq. on a 16 liter redlining at like 1900 rpm. but only pushing 800hp. but that has nothing to do with this application. i am just saying with a turbo that size on a big rig.
a 2 liter wouldn't even be able to but out enough exhaust to spool that bad boy up.
