I finally got an Evo today (Lightening Yellow, no sunroof), even though the STi I had a deposit on will be in within the next week or two. I really don't think the STi was right for me, hope I made the right choice! Oh yeah, I got it for $1000 under MSRP, since they don't seem to be selling all that well, so I think it was a pretty good deal (the STI would have been $2000 more, then another $1000 or so for a stereo, and the Evo just looks better, IMHO. Can't wait to break it in!

congrats! I am sure you would have been happy with either car. That said, you made the right choice!

 

No sunroof since I wanted all the headroom I could get-I am tired of driving with my head cocked to the side in my Eclipse!

Wow I can understand the sunroof and headroom issue on other cars, but you must be really tall! I'm nearly 7 foot tall and I fit in evos with sunroofs, with a helmet on!
