Question Carbon fiber hood

Can anyone tell me who makes an oem style carbonfiber hood for the evo VIII.

no one right now but i know VIS racing is working on one. www.visracing.com that is who I have my CF hood through. give em a call and ask for Grant he should be able to give you the low down.

stock hood is so light, why get cf?
they look kinda ricey IMO, I mean i see lots of civics with those.

that is the evo style hood (that is the hood that i have). it is only for the lancer not the evo yet. they are working on both an oem and other style

yes the factory hood is real light...i would have kept it b/c there are tons of cars with cf hoods out there, I even have a civic that is a show car but I have a carbonkevlar hood on it but basically the same concept. The main reason i want to get a cf hood is because i hit a telephone pole and the factory hood is dented.

oh, does anyone know where to get a metal bumper support also??
