There is a special brake kit available for the Evo for gravel rally that fits under 15 inch wheels. The stock brakes on the Evo 8 wouldnt allow 15 inch wheels. Now the odds of seeing a gravel set up Lancer Evo 8 are what? 0.000001 in a million? 
maybe they are special 15 inch rims
