Did I missed something? Boost issue

Before putting my car on meth which is in my car and working right!, I need to fix my boost to hold at 24-25psi, but shooting for 28psi with meth. As far turbo mods,

AMS MBC (could be something wrong?)
20G turbo 6blade ( no shaft play ) - I dont think its broken...
Forge WGA ( I did clean it inside - there was a lot of mud dirty as ****)
Forge BOV, recirculated with BLUE spring inside.
o2 housing, exhaust mani.
ecuflash

I did boost leak test, ( I will do some more tonight )

The boost will go up to 24, and slowly falls down to like 19 by 7000rpm's. If it falls by 1 psi by redline iam ok with it. but not that much.

any ideas?... I just cant find any more answers.

Check out my thread... it could be a combination of things.

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=264098

The Forge WGA is trash. Check out the pic in my first post.

You need the FP upgraded WGA. If you're running meth I recommend around 4 turns of preload. I've also have problems with the Forge MBC and stiff spring sticking like crazy. About the only working forge product I've owned so far is the BOV/DV.

My setup is like this:

FP upgraded WGA 4 turns repload
Forge MBC w/ soft spring around 20-25 clicks
Forge RS DV with blue spring

I'm hitting right around 28 and holding 25ish around 7300rpm. Your problem is the WGA.. I can almost guarantee it.

PS: I believe I was holding 22/23 when I had the 6 blade.. right before it seized and blew up

Dan the man.

The easiest things to check is the wastegate (hook a vacuum source to it with a guage and see when it opens) and the MBC.

Or you can buy a 2.3 stroker with a GT55AARRGGG. That's the champions choice.

If the MBC ball sticking? I'm not familiar with their mbc's.

You want it higher than 20psi if you're running meth. I preploaded mine to almost 25psi and things are perfect now. I seriously think the forge has issues. It shouldn't be full of rust/gunk. You won't have this with the FP upgraded which is somewhere around 130-150 bucks.

Any boost logs or anything? Mine didn't taper at all it would spike then fall immediately. After preloading the Forge WGA I was able to use the soft spring in the Forge MBC which helped too because the stiff spring would stick.

Yes , FORGE WGA! was dirty even more! that shown on your picture, that was ton load of mud inside. what a crapy ****.

Yeah lets say i SET for 24psi on pump, it falls sloooowly down to 20-19psi by redline, I will still test my boost line for the gauge today and see maybe its cut somewhere, we even used my friends Forge MBC and acted the same.
