One more thing: you talked a lot about the dealership that let you down, but I can only see one line about the one that gave you that good deal on your car etc. What's with them? Did they give you something in writing? Did you give them a deposit? Did they sound prfessionnal and friendly? Are they already recommended here?
I can see that people are frustrated by bad dealer experiences, but I'd like to hear more about the good as well.

you are right, the dealership is peter fuller mitsubishi in Watertown.MA. the guys are great people.
