nah not modified. modified was sold to primedia which is with import tuner and super street magazine. theyre are actually being sold again, all 3 magazines.. that gold evo is nice but the APR wing killed it.

With a model on the cover yes,but the white background no. D Sport uses the white background with a model on all of their cover shoots.

I don't remember where I read it, but it's apparently a nightmare putting a white/light colored car on a cover. As far as the other non light colors go, thats beyond me.
