What's the highest amount of boost can you run on 100 octane?

 

How much money do you have?

 

Stock turbo, you can pretty much max it out on 100 without seeing any knock. Once you start playing around with timing though you want to be more careful.

 

Is it possible to max out the FP Green with 100 octane, or is that idea not safe?

Go to Moroso, for C16, ect... There is a place in Ft. Lauderdale if you'll be living further South, and there are some here in West Palm Beach too. Call the local speed shop.

 

No clue, but when I get an FPGreen Ill let you know. I have done logs with 100 octaine, and a maxed boost controller and read no counts of knock at about 28 psi of boost. Thats with my timing curve for 93 octaine though, so it dosent mean much, way more power could be realized by adding timing along with the boost.

 

You realize that Moroso is like a 6 hour drive from Tallahase right? Thats a bit excessive for race gas, especially when you can buy it at Gaineville Speedway, which is like an two hour drive.
