Angry Cluth pedal stock, will not move... 200 miles after ACT install

My buddy installed my ACT 6 puck,... bled the system and adjusted the pedal.

everything was working ok except it had a funny noise comming from the driver's side suspension/tranny.

The engine moved and it felt like 1 of the engine mounts was not bolted on,... but the clunk noise felt like the axle was broken. I drove it like this for 200 miles.

This happend only from a stop, going forward or reverse, the clunk got worse and loader until now,..... I got in my car, put it in 1st and clunk,.. the pedal got stock to the firewall, WTF,...... I pulled the pedal up with my hand and tried pushing it back,... the pedal is now stock UP and will not go down and Im afraid to push it with force and break it even more.

Im hoping we dont have to bring down the tranny again,. thats a pain

Have any of you guys had something like this happen before?? Any guess of what it might be?? oohh the headaches

thanks.

Sounds like a throw out bearing failure.
Your gonna have to have your buddy disassemble it again.....

That actually sounds like the clip that hold the T/O bearing to the pressure plate was not installed properly and the T/O bearing worked loose, or the clip broke.

FIXED

the clip was "clipped" back on by pushing the little rod thingy.

we'll see how long it'll last.
