Anyone else have this problem or a solution to it?

So about a month ago I had my rotors replaced with OEM rotors by a local tire company and after that I have realized that the center areas of all 4 rotors (see picture) are all an orange rust. Obviously my old rotors never once looked like this and I am wondering if I should take the car back and complain or determine what the solution would be to this myself. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? I highly doubt it is normal.

I would have those checked out. My brakes do not look like that at all after 1 year of use.

Those aren't OEM rotors. OEM rotors have been coated with anti-rust paint in the exposed areas that does not come into contact with the pads. Take them back to where you went and ask them exactly what brand rotors they used.

Definitely take them back and find out what they used. Those should not look like that.
