Works for me. I suggest you guys to download a ftp client(program) to retrive files. Im not sure of any free clients, but you can get shareware at http://www.bpftp.com http://www.cuteftp.com or even try searching for "ftp" at http://www.download.com

BTW norton firewall sux, 2 many false alarms! I got me a linksys dsl router+switch which hooksup to my dsl router/modem and it acts as my firewall. Pretty much prevents anything from coming in, unless my computer initiates the connection.
