you mean longitudinally mounted? he spun it around and is running RWD, he used to have a chevy trans, but now I'm not sure what he has.

i believe he is using a sequential trans that is for RWD drag vehicles. I remember buschur used to sell a bracket to mount a chevy 350trans to the 4g63 if you wanted to longitudinally mount the engine for RWD conversions, and I think that is what Rau used to use before he apparently went sequential.

Thats the shop that tuned and help setup my evo. So far they have increased my IX's horsepower by 103hp and torque by 107ftlbs for only $570 in mods (1000cc/$250, 255hp/$80, Ebay TBE/$195, DB MBC/$35).

Shane and Danny at DB are great guys.

I think Shep's car probably makes more power, but Brent's is the more traditional approach.
