The TB stuck WOT when I went for 3rd gear... ground the crap out of the tranny trying to get it in gear. After that the car wouldnt go in gear without some major force... I went back to the Buschur facility and Dan adjusted my clutch and I installed a ported TB.

Car drives like butter now but Dan said my clutch is definately worn and I shouldn't be racing on it.

I didn't even get my slip but my launch and 1-2 shift was pretty decent... wish I would have got it just to see that.

 

That's jacked up. What clutch are you running?

Exedy twin with about 30-35k miles and TONS of drag passes. Totally stock tranny with almost 70k miles.

Just watched the video and curious what the E55 ran in the 2nd video?

 

I can't remember the E.T. of hand but the MPH was everybit of 118-119
It had a Renntech badge on the side too.

 

Next time I'll get a room the night before and after so I can enjoy the event more I didn't know anyone except Jarrod and was kinda in shock at how nice the facility was even with the construction going on. I'll hang out longer next time

Those E55's are crazy cars.


Some bolts on, a ECU flash, and a set of drag slicks make a nice low to mid 11-second luxury car.

Andy....stop being a sissy and introduce yourself to people. Thats how you meet people ya know. Every person there that I knew (which was pretty much everyone with a few exceptions) are great people and would be happy to sit and BS with a fellow car guy.

Norwalk is definately a AWESOME track. I cant wait until they get all the construction and crap finished up.

 

Are those new Toyo tires Dave? I can't find them on the internet.
