So here's my dynograph

Hey, just wanted to share my graph with everyone. I know some might be curious what to expect with certain mods.

This was done Sunday at Topspeed in Atlanta. On a Dynojet, for those who don't read well.

Temp - 85* F
Humidity - 23%

My mods:

HKS intake
Helix DP and TP
HKS 3" HiPower Exhaust
O2 simulator
ARP Headstuds
HKS 272 i/e cams
Forge BOV (recirc)
AMS Front Engine mount
Walbro 255 lph
Dynoflash to 22 psi (mail-in)
Greddy Profec B Spec II EBC

Defi guages showed a peak at 22 and falling to 19.5 by redline (7400 rpm)

Final numbers - 297 hp / 301 tq

I expected a little better, but I'm not complaining. I wanted to see close to 350 hp. Another guy there with a 30R said that he normally dynos 30-35 hp better than he did that day. I guess it's time to get my Evo to the 1/4 now and put down some times. Hopefully 12's.

decent #'s, but why are they jumping around so much at about 3800rpms? did they not have it strapped down right or something?

It looked like it was strapped down good. But, I'm no dyno expert.

Forgot to mention I'm tuned to 93 oct.

I thought it was a little low myself. Don't know how much the heat and humidity factored in. Also, it was a 3 hour drive for me to get to the dyno and my car only got to rest for a lil less than an hour.

Yeah, I haven't been to gixxer.com in a long time. This is one one of the only forums i really read. Too busy playing with my toys!!!!!

Do you still have a 9.8 hotside? The numbers look alittle low. I got a dyno tune at Top Speed and without alky injection at 21psi I made 343whp.

Nope. Still on the stock O2 housing and 9.8 hotside. I think I want the FP Green or maybe even 30R.

I'm agreeing with you guys, seems a bit low. My AFR's looked good.

Only thing I can think of is maybe a boost leak? My Defi guage seems to run consistent with what my EBC shows.

I went to the same dyno day my fpgreen turbo evo on pump made 376/330 there. I would go with the fpgreen over the 30r for the money!!

Every car that dynoed that day said that they were getting about 15 less whp that day than other times that they had dynoed there. Doug the tuner said even that the numbers were low that day.

I was at the same dyno with almost the same mods i was i didnt have the pump, intake and electric boost controller. Also with my head gasket was going and i made 309hp and 321tq and i didnt get but 2 pulls because of headgasket so didnt finish my tune. There was a couple of guys down there having problems with the dynoflash tune will the other silver evo down there had low numbers and he also had the dynoflash tune
