turbo now sounds like supercharger!!!!!!

On saturday i was on a dirt road and bottomed out the car. Now when the turbo spools there is a very high piched sound, it sounds like a supercharger. What the hell did i do?! ANY input would be great. Thanks

EDIT: Note to all that have a similar problem. Throughout this thread I refered to my LICP, however my termonology was of. The "LICP" I refered to is actually the Turbo Outlet Pipe.

Are you boosting the same amount? Maybe you knocked a pipe loose or have some other kind of leak?

Check your intake for dirt, maybe some passed through and is lodged in the journal bearings in the turbo. I can't think of anything else...maybe exhaust leak too.

I thought i might have knocked a IC pipe off also, i did a visual inspection and every thing seems ok. Im still seeing close to 20 psi which is where i was before. It sounds horrific. I will not bring the rpms over 2500 because the sound makes me sick to my stomach. Something sounds really wrong...

if its a high pitched whistle probably coming from the exhaust side...check the exhaust/downpipe maybe you tore a hole in it or something

Could it be possible I broke the weld on the IC pipe attached to the turbo. Not sure of the name of it but it is part of the LICP

sory man you cant possibly inspect it without the bumper off.... lift or no lift (unless u removed the plastic undertray which i dont see why since it takes less time to remove the bumper then the undertray)

and you can still build boost with a boost leak ..... so remove bumper... carefully inspect damaged IC piping and let us know result.
