Mitsu Factory Sport Pedals install

Anyone install the blue sport pedals from yet? I just ordered them and was wondering how hard they are to install.

Any suggestions (including "take it to the dealer")?

not all that bad.....

remove rubber pad from clutch and brake
drill necessary holes in pedals ( gas is plastic and you could prolly just screw through)
screw the new covers on to the pedals and your done
They feel very nice, and your feet do not slip even in the rain etc.

worst part is removing the lower piece of trim so you have enough room to drill the brake pedal. maybe that should be step one .. hehe

Trim is only a couple screws on the bottom. Not to bad to get at. Has tabs at the top that you want to be careful not to pull to hard and break them.

my evo was coming with the blue padel pad, but i donot like it especially when i got hard time to brake with that,
i asked the dealship to take them off. but that's personal preference, but i have to admit, it looks great with the blue hand brake, blue shift knob and the blue padels, silver door trim.. all those evo optional stuffs.

I guess we'll see if I like the feel or not. I have the rest of the blue stuff so I'm sure it will look nice.

Glad to hear it sounds fairly easy to put on.
