How much would you pay for this?
where was this car from? which military base?
wish i have money to buy. get this and buy all used parts from here. But still if this was like 8k, its better to buy used for 16-17k(check car sale section)

Whats up with all the scuff marks?
What happened, if it was not crashed and there was NO possibility of frame damage then i would consider it....but if there was i wouldnt even look twice. Who would want a track car the always pulls to the left, has a twizzler for a frame, is constantly breaking, or has a horrible alighment? Not me thats for sure....
It would take a price of under 17k for me to EVEN CONSIDER a USED EVO....because even a FULLY INTACT used evo could have COUNTLESS problems. You just NEVER know how the last owner treated the car.....and with this car i think i may judge a book by its cover!

Between 7-10, depending on drive train and body.
if the drive train and body are in superb condition, you might have someone selling it for ~13. I've seen that when looking at salvaged Evo's.
Oh, and to get that thing back on the road, and right, it wouldn't be worth it. If I was still in the market (actually, if I had the money) I'd pick one up like that for a drag/track car. But it's not worth making it a DD.

I'll be able to get interior pics up tomorrow night...The car was stolen..well thats what the original owner said...those arent scuff marks....after the car was found , inspected from the insurance company, they wrapped the whole car up in the big plastic stuff....just like the big white plastic wrap you see new boats wrapped in.....when i did my inspection of the car it didnt look like it had any damage other than some dents that look like they were from someone trying to vandalize it....
It could make the basis of a good rally/track car, most of the stuff that missing is stuff you'd throw away anyway. The dents in the roof are a ***** but as long as the car is straight (i.e. vandalism damage rather than crash damage) and the motor/transmission is good it has to be worth $8-10k to someone. Finding that person would be the real trick though...
