They should have two category!

1st category: Street driven Evo's, it has to have a stock block and have A/C....it can't be gutted!

2nd category would be competely race car, gutted, crazy custom fab turbos and etc!

This thread really is pointless and strictly designged to start ****.

AMS and Buschur racing get along very well and we have competed in several events. As with any High HP low ET car. consistency and reliabilty are tough to have ALL the time. Things happen. You cant run a perfect pass every time otherwise there would be alot more 8 sec evos out there. we both give our all at every event and we will continue to do so

How about we (AMS and Buschur) all just keep doing what we are doing, race our events and continue to set the bar higher.... this way everyone wins

In the meantime lets leave the bench racing to the other forum boards.

Eric

Don't they already go side by side? One beats the time, 3 weeks later another and so on. 2 years from now they will be in th 6's. 20 years from now they will be traveling to the moon and back. That's the purpose of modding, and that's exactly what they are doing. Keep up the good work

Why not just compare the times? AMS just broke the record twice in a week didn't they?

a race will determine nothing except who is better at the given time/conditions

it's what they do to push each other and the community that actually matters

it's unlikely they'll ever run down a track side by side and run record breaking times

too many outside variables

AMS is a business and they make/sell parts for cars, mainly Evos. The STi may be another opportunity for market diversification.

Check their site out:

http://www.amsperformance.com/store/...?cPath=366_382

And before AMS bashing for the STi begins, check out buschurs site:

https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...73839cfcacaaa9

Any smart business would not "put all their eggs in one basket". Simple as that!

I vote for who care. They are both great shops to have for the Evo community. The way I see is competition drive quality up and price down.

They are both great shops, (we all know that) and don't need to prove themselves. They will keep us happy with fast parts, and keep up with their R&D to keep "Bringing it". There is no animosity between the camps..........However, a Jello wrestling grudge match between Shiv and Al would be fun to watch.
