you can have custom car mats made with a heelpad sewn in for around 100 bucks. I thin kthat is your best bet. After going through 2 set of oem I eventually got custom ones from gg baily.

God that seems ridiculus , But my car only has 8000 miles on it the mats have not really shown any sign of wear yet.

WORKS def. has quality stuff but i wouldnt pay that much for mats no way. Do a GOOGLE search and youl find like a hundred places that do custom mats with the Mitsu logo or whatever writing you want on there with any color and for even less $$$

I found someone on ebay who makes them. The mat family or something like that/ Anyway the price was right and they fit my car perfect. Check Ebay!

That's what I did. I have an extra set sitting in a closet. Only used them once when I went to a show.
